Jorge is amazing..if I said this guy knew the meaning of honesty and true customer service, it would be an understatement. Just when you think NO ONE knows the meaning anylonger, Jorge comes along! THIS guy was great! After our first "horrible"match with a prior bidder,we had to list the shipment a second time and this guy bid and came through like a charm. He was honest, reliable, kept to his pick up schedule and delivered EARLY!! Excellent communication and would without a doubt use again! Thank you very much!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This person emailed me through Uship prior to my accepting his bed and stated that he "was in my town and could pick this bike up and deliver it within 2 days", naturally, I booked him as it was a URGENT shipment. Once I accepted him through Uship he had several different excuses as to delays...saying he would have it there by Sunday at the latest(today), when the person it was suppose to be delivered to today enquired as to his location, he was still sitting in Houston..no notice of anykind, no

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider agreed to a specific time to pick this shipment up long in adnave..understanding the critical nature of its timely pick up, he never showed up, could not be contacted by telephone or email and would not return messages.

we showed up 45min late but wasnt the reason why the bike was unable to be picked up, person at pickup wouldnt release it due to miscomm by shipper as to the type of equipment that i was going to use so he wouldnt let me take it
