I shipped a boat for this customer from Utah to the Phoenix Arizona area. My trucks engine siezed due to overheating approximately 60 miles from the delivery location, and I procured a rental truck as soon as was possible to deliver the boat. After delivery the customer informed me that the bimini tops had been damaged, which was not visible to me due to there being in protective covers. I issued a full refund of the shipping cost for the damage, and otherwise was happy with the customer.
