There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I have been trying to contact Joseph for the last few days. I have already passed by his area but he didn't respond in time for me to pickup his shipment. I called 3 different numbers with no response for 2 days. Joseph was emailed as well. Maybe, he found cheaper shipping and wants to get out of this now? I have had a few customers like that on here. I had already talked to the person receiving the shipment, too, and had that lined up for 2/26/13. Non-responsive......

Chad did not return email or two phonecalls in 2 day period. He also missed the pick-up window forcing me to send a cancellation into U-ship to find another carrier in which I actually spent $50.00 for as cost is not always as important as peace of mind. Chad provided poor communication and only attempted to contact me after I sent in the cancellation. I will not accept bids from him again in the future.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I emailed this service provider 2 days ago and called yesterday with no response. This cabinet was supposed to already be picked up and in route to its destination. I need to have this delivered and no longer feel comfortable with this service provider as if they can't contact me, I surely do not want them dealing with my customer whom has bought this item. I need a reliable service provider whom provides communication. I need this canceled ASAP so I can proceed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not conact me after 2 days from booking date and after I sent email. After calling both numbers I was told that they would pickup on Thursday which is already two days late and then today on Thursday was told the vehicle has problems and the driver would call to arrange pickup today ,but of course no phonecall was ever received. I have used U-ship for several years and this is the first occurence of this I have ever had and I so not feel comfortable with this unprofessional

Shipper damaged the antique cabinet I entrusted to him to deliver to Chicago. He did not secure the cabinet into his trailer and the cabinet bounced up and down all the way to Chicago causing damage to the drawer support systems.It has also become apparent that this shipper does not actually have the insurance coverage he falsely advertises on Uship.My customer whom the cabinet was being shipped to has also tried to get this shipper to provide repairs but he has no honor. He is now being sued

Ok..The several other people leaving feedback Must be all Liars then.First of all, I NEVER remove any drawers from any cabinet for transport..Everything is securely blanket wrapped and then wrapped with Saran wrap.Your speculation that it was not securely strapped down is incorrect as well as your allegations that I do not carry insurance.The part you say I damaged was GLUED wood pieces!Your customer actually snapped one of them off in front of me! Good Luck with your Law suit.Dirt Bag
