We worked out the pick up dates and I picked up her big puppy on time from Washington state. And delivered him on time in 2 days to Ohio. Kept the informed throughout the trip.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved By NO fault of shipper, transaction could not be completed. Pickup contact person could not be reached in timely manner to meet shipper and to keep shipper on schedule for other deliveries.

First time user of UShip. I was a bit skeptical, but Karen is WONDERFUL!!! His communication was excellent. He kept me up to date the whole trip and arrived when he said he would! He took excellent care of my Bordeaux and will DEFINITELY be using him again!!! I will also be recommending him to friends as well.
