I no longer need my item(s) shipped This shipment was for an auction item that I was unable to purchase within my budget and I am unable to go through with the shipment as a result. The service provider was great to work with as far as communication etc. and this is not their fault in any way. They offered me a great quote and I was looking forward to working with them. I would be happy to work with them again.

He did a great job for us, moving a bed frame that had been my grandparents', from California to Illinois. Highly recommend him!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had discussed pickup time and agreed, but then he had a problem with his truck that was going to delay the pickup beyond the time frame that I was comfortable with. We mutually agreed on the cancellation. I appreciate that he was upfront about the delays that would have been involved, and would consider using him again.

We had a semi hit our trailer and tore a large hole in the side of the trailer. I was not comfortable putting these items in there without knowing it would be safe and dry... I hope you understand.. Seth
