A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We was busy that afternoon talking to our drivers and costumers. We have a voice mail box in case we can not answer. We always returning calls, but this costumer cancel this shipment with in on hour. We didn't have a chance to return his call because they send us cancellation with out waiting for our call back. Next day we try to reach Melisa and Jeremy all day, and no luck. Voice mail. Thank you and have a great weekend!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Will no longer answer his phone and has said it was suppose to be picked up but is still on the board and no driver information was ever given to us. Was to call back within the hour and will not answer phone.
