Simply wonderful John Emailed several time after bid was accepted.i guess he was to busy to call my cell..as i was driving from Northern VA down to TAMPA..unable to check emails...That's OK..Just a little missed communications.It all worked out fine..hope to work with them IN NEAR FUTURE.
