The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it couldnt tell by the picture if this is a walk behind blower or a attachment to a tractor - the class difference is greatly different between the two - I guessed wrong - but i didnt ask the question to clarify - so i only blame myself - we appologize for the inconvenience this cancelation may have caused

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment having arrived at the p/u point found we could not fit the shipment on the van after contacting the customer he agreed we could cancel so he can re-list his item

I am late in a response because I didn't see a place to respond on uship. This is accurate...the mower would not fit in the truck and was unfortunate, but we re-listed and it worked out fine. Communication was good to let me know what happened, and they were disappointed to not get the business as well. Maybe another time!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The history is pretty clear on what happened with this bid. ShippingSimplified bid once, cancelled to update with another day for transport and bid again for less. When I did accept the second bid, he made the claim that it was not enough to ship the item and that I misrepresented it. It is on a pallet...do you need a pallet for a walk behind?

Everything worked out well. Mike brought the mower well within the time frame specified! We worked together to unhook a boat, take off a motorcycle, take off my mower and then get things back on the load. All items were strapped securely and the transaction went smoothly. Thanks guys!

IM NOT SURE ABOUT THE STAR RATING AND WHY THEY WAS LOW, THERE WAS NOT ANY DAMAGE TO THE MOWER, COMMUNICATION IS A MYSTERY AS WELL AS WITH 4 PHONE CALLS IN 2 DAYS, SERVICE WAS AS WELL AS COULD BE DONE WITH SOMEONE ELSE LOADING WHEN I ASKED THIS TO BE DONE, IM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STAR RATING BUT I GUESS WE WILL MAKE UP FOR IT IN THE OTHER RATINGS, THANKS AGAIN FOR THE SHIPMENT,
