I have received no emails or voicemails from this individual. They have faxed their form to us and at this point that's all we need to proceed. His order was placed around midnight on Friday and we are working on dispatching the load. Per our bid pickup usually occurs 1-7 days after placing the order. We've only had this order for 3-4 working days.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed iqtransport and called several times leaving messages and they have not replied. I do not feel comfortable allowing them to handle my item when they cant talk to me or respond.

This is incorrect. We emailed a few times on this order and could not locate a carrier to move it in a timely manner.
