The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper did not have suitable equipment (organ roller-carry) or the manpower required to transport the organ from the house onto the truck during the attempted pickup.
Response from bestdeal:
Don't blame it on us, we were there to pick up the organ, but it was stored in a basement, not on ground level as advertised. In order to get it to the truck it would have had to be hand carried for over 200 ft through about a ft high of snow
