Andre, Qball Express, had to wait out the hospital stay of the seller of a electric chair before he could pick it up and deliver it to me. The seller was in Virgina, me, the buyer, lives in Oregan, so it was not like Andre could just decide to drop by and pick it up. Andre stayed calm and in touch the whole three months during this trying time for all. I can't say enough about this young man except I would not hesitate for a moment to use him again. Tamara

!!EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! If you want to work with someone who is responsible, kind, trustworthy, and accommodating, look no further. Andre is communicative and completely above board. He took very good care of my artwork and furniture on the passage from California to New York. He made himself available to take my calls and addressed my concerns with kindness. He was honest about what expectations I should have and then completely followed through and stuck to the timeline. Highest ratings!!

Andre is a very tireless worker who went above and beyond to deliver my boat from the west coast to almost the east coast. The boat had a trailer problem direct from the dealer and Andre searched out the manufactuer and took the trailer there to be repaired. Andre impresses me as being a hard working, honest individual who wants to please the customer. Thanks again for the help on this Andre. Very professional service.

This is the worst experience ever! I will never utilize this company or Andree's services again. We had a contract signed with Andree and he failed to deliver and then threatened to not refund the money paid to his company upfront. This is just terrible business.

I have made 2 phone calls and sent 2 or 3 emails to the provider and all I get is the run around. The truck was to be picked up by today,1 week after the bid acceptance. No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I paid to have a large item shipped from CA to VA on 2/16/10. Andre, the shipper, has not honored communication or shipment commitments he made to me or the seller to pick up item and deliver it to me. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services THIS ITEM WAS TO BE DELIVERIED WITH IN A FAIR TIME FRAME (10 DAYS)..well a month has passed and the trucker QballExpress still could not give me a delievery date...I put it back up for bid on uship and mrroo is now doing the shipping for me...also it cost me another $500.00 to get the boat to me in the remaining time frame....
