My name is Terence Shook. I have a 2005 Ford F-350 Super Duty flatbed truck. It is very dependable. I pull a Sundowner sunlite three horse slant trailer with living quarters. If I have to stop and sleep I will always be with the horse or horses. Then you the customers rest assure and have no worries. I am very trustworthy, dependable & have a lot of experience with horses and cattle. I love spending my time with horses either riding, shoeing, or hauling them. I have been a member of the Professional Cowboy Association (PCA) for 11 years. Right now I ride bareback horses but I have rode saddle bronc and bulls both. I travel with Bar W Rodeo Company located in Hayesville, NC only about 10 min. from my home in Young Harris, GA. I have been shoeing horses since 2004 and I really enjoying it (Circle S Horseshoeing). My fiance is now running barrels with me for the PCA this is her 1st year in the circuit. Terrence is just the best! He brought my pretty MFt mare from Ark in one day and arrived right on time. He always call s before he picks up, gets all the info straight, and lets me know when he'll be to E Tn. He gets a 10+.

This was my first experience having a horse shipped and Terence made it a positive one. He and his wife are a very pleasant and polite couple who treated my horse wonderfully. I would recommend Terence Shook to anyone needing their horse transported. Even when there were some scheduling problems he could not control, he kept me informed and he worked diligently to keep our schedule.

I have shippped many horses, and I must say, this is the first time I did not get bumped or cancelled at the last minute. Terrance is true to his word and while taking my 3 horses thru the mountains, caught in a snowstorm, he put the horses first and pulled off the highway. My horses arrive in excellent shape, I was in communication from trip planning to drop off. I will always give Tarrence first option in my trucking needs.

Terrance did an EXCELLENT JOB. I was able to book the shipment and he picked them up all in the same DAY!! My horses were well cared for. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Picked up in IA got suspicious when lady had to lead 9 yr old horse on trailer w/ carrots. Only went 10mi. away when trailer started shaking, loud noise & steam was coming from it in 5-6in. of snow temp 25. Slants are made for leaning on for balance. Mare broke stud gate in half vertically off wall still locked. W/ no answer from buyer lady told me to leave the horse. Paypal denied refund due to damages. I was only trying to look out for well-being of the horse. I never told him I wouldn't ship

This shipper has lied on several occasions and is doing so once again. When I was able to return the shipper's call he had already dropped the mare off and was "ON HIS WAY TO OKLAHOMA and would not be headed back to Iowa for the mare". PayPal refused the refund based solely on their policy of 'NO GUARANTEE OF SERVICE ISSUES' but said they would fully cooperate with VISA to dispute the claim. THIS SHIPPER SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment He has decided that he will not ship my mare. Less than 10 minutes into the trip she got spooked in his trailer apparently because of poor equipment and/or equipment failure and/or poor driving. The mare obviously leaned on the divider and it gave way causing her to panick as anyone working with horses knows they will do. So he returned to the pick-up point, without further incident I might add, and left the mare. Witness statements say the mare had just trailered just under an hour to and from

I never once lied. I tried calling him & so did lady in IA w/ no answer. Keeping a schedule I couldn't just sit & wait in IA who knows when he would have finally called back. I never said I wouldn't go back to IA to get his horse he assumed that which makes him the liar now. I told him I could go back & get the horse if he wanted, but he filed a dispute on me. Paypal is working with me to collect for damages done to my trailer. THIS PRESIDENT/CEO OF BOYS & GIRLS SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED...
