The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We had agreed to move an operational vehicle, i.e. one which we could drive into the trailer, but the vehicle was not operational. Also the shipper had neither a key nor a title to the vehicle. We didn't think it a good idea to proceed...
