Horse sleigh in MI and arranged with Tyisha to have shipped to SD. She had her palletizer prepare the sleigh for shipping. The sleigh arrived damaged and unusable. I contacted Tyisha the day the sleigh arrived, email her the pictures of damage sleigh. Stated would be submit to insurance right away. Communication became a series of never returning my phone calls or emails. 3rd party carrier contacted me about my insurance claim. Tyisha had sent to wrong carrier. Now April no resolution.

The seller re-packaged this item, without proper packaging, my hands are tied, I cannot gaurantee safe transit, when the item is not properly packaged, there was standard insurance(this does not cover unpacked items) on her item, but she has claimed over $5,000 in damages which is insurance fraud, unless she has a bill of sale for that value, the paint was scratched, and the restorer wants to charge 5K to repair paint. If she would have purchased additional insurance she could have been covered.

No Detailed Feedback Available The worst shipping experience that I have ever had. My brand new equipment arrived at my location two weeks late, and severely banged up due to to cabinets not being palletized as this company had charged me $150.00 extra (above the bid price) to perform. Communication was nearly non existent from this company. I am still waiting for a refund of the palletizing charge and some response to all of the damage done. Never again with 123 shipmaster! Due to the size and shape of his coolers, they were not able to be palletized. The additional charge was due to the fact the item had to be picked up ASAP. The damage was minor, a wheel was broken, and I cannot start a claim without pictures. Never Again with Douglas Wade!

Tyisha Hampton was very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up she did a great job. It was my first time shipping an item out and she made it very simple and hassle free, and the communication was great. Will do business with her again in the future if needed.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider There was repeated miscommunication or failure to communicate between the bidder, her subcontractor and me. I lost confidence in the bidder's ability to handle the job efficiently and professionally.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I accepted the bid from this carrier 9/1 and tried to contact them by phone 9/1 with no response then I emailed them on 9/2, I finally received a call Thur. 9/3 I am very easy going but I believe in communication. The carrier said they had some medical problems with a family member and would call me on 9/4 to go over the shipment dates, Well it is 9/9 and I have not heard from anyone, I am not going to chase a carrier down, I agreed to pay them to do a job so it is up to them to communicate with

I spoke with this shipper, and he was not in a hurry to receive his items. There was a fire in Ca where I live and i had to evacuate my home, so I was unable to call him back, but he canceled. I apologize for not returning his phone call, but I was unable to do so. Due to reasons beyond my control.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper said (as noted on the conversation in bidding details) they could pick up 6/7 of this month, They turned out not true. I called the shipping company they used and the shipping company told me she didn't book shipment untill 5 pm they day before and the cutoff was at 3pm. Then I was told, and extra $200 was to be tacked on for a storage fee. Nice lady, but things didn't work out

COMPLETELY FALSE!He had me arrange his entire shipment, plus he wanted to add additional items at the same price, he promised to give me his credit card information, I called him over and over again to pay for his shipment, but 2 hours before my guys showed up to pick up the shipmnet, I spoke with the sender, and he went with another company. He never had the courtesy to even call me back. I am a nice lady,who likes honest customers. My feedback speaks volumes!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It took several days to reach the service provider. Then I was asked a question about the item. I responded right away. Several days when by with no response. We were moving cross country and I could not wait any longer. All they had to do is give me a date when they would pick up the item. But I was left in the dark. I had to do something.
