After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider There was repeated miscommunication or failure to communicate between the bidder, her subcontractor and me. I lost confidence in the bidder's ability to handle the job efficiently and professionally. Response from 123shipmaster: I caled her on evenings and weekends. I was able to the job, she did not loose confidence in me, she tried to use my driver, and truck, without my knowledge. I appre ciate honest customers! Please post bids responsibly.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The young lady at 123shipmaster is terriffic however the price to move my goods was to increase substantially. Misunderstanding

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I accepted the bid from this carrier 9/1 and tried to contact them by phone 9/1 with no response then I emailed them on 9/2, I finally received a call Thur. 9/3 I am very easy going but I believe in communication. The carrier said they had some medical problems with a family member and would call me on 9/4 to go over the shipment dates, Well it is 9/9 and I have not heard from anyone, I am not going to chase a carrier down, I agreed to pay them to do a job so it is up to them to communicate with Response from 123shipmaster: I spoke with this shipper, and he was not in a hurry to receive his items. There was a fire in Ca where I live and i had to evacuate my home, so I was unable to call him back, but he canceled. I apologize for not returning his phone call, but I was unable to do so. Due to reasons beyond my control.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipping provider was not able to ship due to company closing. Response from 123shipmaster: I want to make some clarification, my company is not closing. Acopmpnay that work with is closing, and this shipper wanted his items before another shipper was able to service his move. I would work with this shipper agian anytime.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper said (as noted on the conversation in bidding details) they could pick up 6/7 of this month, They turned out not true. I called the shipping company they used and the shipping company told me she didn't book shipment untill 5 pm they day before and the cutoff was at 3pm. Then I was told, and extra $200 was to be tacked on for a storage fee. Nice lady, but things didn't work out Response from 123shipmaster: COMPLETELY FALSE!He had me arrange his entire shipment, plus he wanted to add additional items at the same price, he promised to give me his credit card information, I called him over and over again to pay for his shipment, but 2 hours before my guys showed up to pick up the shipmnet, I spoke with the sender, and he went with another company. He never had the courtesy to even call me back. I am a nice lady,who likes honest customers. My feedback speaks volumes!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It took several days to reach the service provider. Then I was asked a question about the item. I responded right away. Several days when by with no response. We were moving cross country and I could not wait any longer. All they had to do is give me a date when they would pick up the item. But I was left in the dark. I had to do something. Response from 123shipmaster: This wholly incorrect, I immediately contacted this shipper, but I could not contact. I always contact my cuustomers promptly.
