This was a GREAT experience. I was a first time user and a bit aprehensive at first, however Tyisha and her crew took care of, and did everything she said she would do. Delivery was on time with no damage.Thank you.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services the service provider is trying to get more money they accepeted the bid without asking any questions and they are tryng to get 15o more from me i am not comfortable at all and i had called and left several messages then at the end the had th adacity to tell me they need more money thx

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it The customer wanted to get these chairs shipped by freight, without the items being on a pallet or in a box. These chairs were going 3,000 miles, and the total cost was around $200.00 I could have safely packaged the chairs for $150 extra, but the customer did not want to pay any more. I do not want to take the responsibility of shipping these items by freight, when damages can occur, without proper packing. I do not work for fre

NUMEROUS issues with this company. +1 month delay in just PICKING UP my ATV, many missed deadlines, noshow, hard to reach a rep, & always an excuse. Reading feedback left by others, I also had received 2 death in the family excuses... I accepted their bid for door2door service but had 2 new raises in prices, 1 for pallet service & 1 for delivery to my door, which they knew prior to bidding. They did not research P/U or Delivery address prior to bidding. ATV DID ARRIVE in excellent condition.

NUMEROUS ISSUES(???)this was not rush service. The pick up location was 160 miles away from a large city, and the customer knew that his item would take longer picking up and going to Alaska.He was to pick up in terminal Anchorage,and he changed to residential delivery in North Pole,Alaska(he agreed to price change)!The ATV arrived undamaged,and delivery in 10 days.Yes, I had 4 deaths but I was reachable!He could not get a better deal/packing/delivery at his home in AK/for $1200!WHAT A DEAl!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider is not comfortable handling the item. I am not comfortable having it loaded and unloaded 4 or 5 times in the route. We both agreed to let me find soeone else to move it.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved. I am able to handle this shipment. This item is not packaged and it is worth over $20,000. I do not feel comfortable having this item go on a freight truck, without packaging,paletizing or crating. The price for blanket wrap service is too expensive, and the cutomer does not which to pay this price. So we both agreed to cancel.I do not want to take a chance of his item being damaged in transport due to no packaging.

Thank you for teh great feedback! Yes, I was unavailable, for about two days, her shipment was in route, and she needed tracking information, she only had to wait three days, and her shipment arrived on time in great condition. I appreciate honest shippers!

Unrealistic about what good service is, I returned calls on weekends,and evenings.His item arrived undamaged.There were changes to my price, but he initiated changes, and agreed to them, but made it seem as though these changes were unexpected. He was patient with the deaths in my family that left a 7 year old without a mother and a father, but then acted as if I were not telling the truth. I did my job, but I guess it wasn't good enough! Response from coreyperez: My posting on Uship was for DOOR2DOOR service quote, and the actual cost to ship was closer to 1700, NOT 1200 they bid/stated. The "Initiated Changes" were NOT initiated by me!! Since THEY raised price, I asked for them to bring ATV plow, which they did, but only BECAUSE of unwarranted price increase, I got 2 returned calls on a ngt/wknd, but ONLY after making numerous calls about the failed (NUMEROUS) pickup attempts. Tyisha was helpful, but I/Family bent over backward tolerating P/U problem
