The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it My bid for this shipment: "Additional info: 53' DRY VAN & LOAD MUST BE LEGAL WEIGHTS." Shipper accepted my bid. However, shipment can only load in a flatbed trailer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time There was very little communication and they obviously do not know what a hay-bale is. i have a major problem now, because the timing has not been kept and how can you seriously assume that you could put 1000lb. straw bales into a normal enclosed truck? the driver would have been delighted... not very professional... i am just a customer, i don´t have to know every shipping terminology and detail... my damage so far goes into the hundreds of dollars... thanks!
