I drove rollback and wrecker for a total of 7 years so i know my way around hauling vehicles also in high school i worked part time for carolina movers for 2 years so pretty much anything that can be hauled ive hauled it. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved this guy is a broker. that said he accepted my bid for a prepaid haul. three differnt dates he emailed saying he was send payment via paypal, i sent him an invoice on all three dates he never responded. then he emails and want to pay at pick up or delivery. i told him that was fine but payment would have to be in cash if paying at deliver or pickup for that matter. come to find out he is not going to be on either end and could not pay cash at all. not comfortable with this shipper, prepay only

Overall a real bad shipping experience. I wanted to ship at a low cost. Jason delivered for a cheap price, but broke and lost a handle on the treadmill. In addition to the handle, the belt started slipping shortly after delivery but we were able to get that fixed. He was very unprofessional when I brought it to his attention and claimed I was trying to get a new treadmill. Upon replacing the handle myself and submitting the bill to him, he did not follow up even though he initially said he would

you must have a real problem getting emails or something man i answerd you back i said i would cover half of the 47 dollars for the replacement handle because its been two months since i heard from you last i said i would take care of it then and recived no info then out of now where and no feed back or comunication with me you send me a bill for 47 dollars and some change and expect me to take care of it for you when i already went beyond the call of duty on this i went to your house three time
