The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The customer that placed the bit never showe up, or contacted me in regards to picking up the forklift. So the transaction was never started nor completed by them. I had to find a different company that was able to assist me.

A couple months ago I drove all the way down to Edinberg TX to pick up this forklift. Upon arrival @ detention center to get the forklift I then spoke to Mario, the guy who had sold the forklift. 100% misrepresented -the forklift weighed 6,400# + not 3500 stated, it was also over height for my enclosed trailer & it DID NOT move under its own power & the customer stated Needs no assistance loading. I wasted fuel$ and over 300miles off route. Look back in your records I asked this question before.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After talking with Mr. Mario in over the phone, I felt it was best for my company to find a different company to deal with. After the bid was completed, I had a difficult time locating Mr. Mario, he would not return my calls or messages left and also the Service Provider informed me that he would charge me an extra $100.00 per vehicle being picked up. I did not feel comfortable with dealing with this company.

These autos did not run and required wenching services... We notified customer many times about extra cost and he would not pay... Cancellation is best for both companies... thanks, Marty with 48freight
