late for delivery, broke my piano leg, missing part, promised to mail me back the part but never receive it. charging extra for shipping piano chair which suppose to be part of the piano. overall, none of his service were meeting normal expectation. i do not recommend this company at all.

customer is upset because I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake, leg was damaged previously and pictures were sent to him prior to moving,he said he knew about it, yes I did charge him small fee for the piano bench, a bench is a separate piece of furniture, and was not listed in the folio,and failed to mention it to me prior to the move, delivery was made within time frame aloud, I even gave him a discounted price in the beginning, a negative feedback was totally unfair for this shipment,
