Ihad purchased a used trailer for the haul, and it had defects I was not aware of.A-1 Sullivan was still able to deliver the boat and trailer on schedule,and kept me informed of the situation throughout the trip.Their service was above and beyond what should have been expected and they performed it responsibly and courteously.

I am very satisfied with the job. Very professional, good equipment and communication was excellent. I was somewhat reluctant to use this company because of lack of feedback(new on U-ship). I am very glad I gave him a try. He gave me a good timetable for pickup and actually exceeded the delivery time by one day. I would recommend them to my friends,family and anyone else in need of a shipping. Very positive experience!

The shipper did not want to move the handlebars, so we came to a agreement that I would refund his deposit and he would find someone else to ship this item. I told him since I would still be delivering his car that I would take the deposit from the bike off the price of the car, but the shipper decided not to have me deliver the car after we made the agreement. We also had agreed to have it delivered in his time frame but when I talked to him around two weeks ago it was early yet to go out there and I told him that I needed more freight. But I told him I would still service his delivery in his time frame.
