This man was uncooperative, and when it came time to pay he really put up a fight trying to pay less than he owed. I won't work with him again. He lied about what was to be shipped, and when it cost him more money he is refusing to pay his entire bill and because of him everyone with my company has to prepay. He is a cheap liar.
