For: 1988 Suzuki Samurai
The shipments was bid on as cash, credit or PayPal. The customer insisted on paying with a check after accepting. The dispatcher told the customer that he was not sure if we could take a check as that was not his dept. We scheduled the shipment for pick up 1/25 but customer wanted to cancel as he still insists on paying with a check. If this cancellation is to continue, it should not be counted against us due to the customers ignorance.

They ran out of fuel on the way and sold our best crane and tried to tell us it was never loaded. Very shady. Even tried to get us to send them money cus they said they were stranded, but they came up with the money all of a sudden and we lost a high dollar crane all of a sudden...

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I TALKED TO SOMEONE WHOM I ASSUME WAS FROM THEIR COMPANY FRIDAY WHO TOLD ME THAT WE CAN GET APPROVAL FROM THE BOSS ON ACCEPTING A COMPANY CHECK FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY, AND MONDAY ANOTHER PERSON CALLS AND TELLS ME VERY UNPOLITELY THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO THAT SO I GUESS THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH US ON THIS LIKE THEY SAID, SO WE JUST WANT TO USE ANOTHER SHIPPER THAT WILL.

This shipment was bid on as Cash, credit card, Paypal or certified funds. At no point in time did we authorize checks. We have alot of bad checks from other customers so we no longer take them. This is why there are alot of cancellations. We do exactly as we bid but uShip allows these cancellations to process regardless.
