Our communication was constant and clear, We picked up 1/8/09 @ 10:15 am, and delivered 1/9/09 @ 6:00pm to him. Would love to haul for him again if we're in the area and he has the need. Rating: Cancellation Left for: trucker3t (10 ) On: 10/9/2008 For: John Deere 410B Back Hoe	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Once again we have scheduled a trip, with camper loaded and employee ready to go with to NC thinking our equipment would be delivered when we arrived.
Rating: Cancellation Left for: DispatchServices (1) On: 8/26/2008 For: John Deere Backhoe-Medium Size	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have waited 24 hours for this company to pick up the equipment and now they won't answer their phone. Response from DispatchServices: We always advise 48 hours after bid acceptance to get the driver to the location to pick up the equipment. We have been answering the phone but during their phone call we had already closed the office. Customer tried to reach the office on a Saturday which we are closed. No messages left by customer and we returned their phone call on Monday when the office opened.
