I would not recommend this shipper. He constantly lied in regards to his wherabouts causing the expecting marina to place three boatyard workers on two hours overtime on a Friday afternoon, and causing me problems with marina management. These workers were helping the shipper not to have to stay for the weekend at the point of delivery as the marina closed at 3:30. Shipper was rude and and refused to even buy the workers a coke! He doesn't have GPS and got lost. I gave the workers a tip myself.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services When I said I will pay by credit card he said he does not accept credit cards and said he would not cancel so I said you better read the terms because I am allowed to cancel if you cannot accomodate me

I'd definitely use him again. The boat was in good condition on arrival, everything was transported well and packaged, service was professional and communicative, and the shipping company promptly resolved all problems.

He got an oversize boat move for $1.25 a mile and didn't put any effort in to having his boat unloaded. I do not pay to have a customer to get their boats.
