This company quoted a good price. Correspondence with the office was excellent, fast and complete. A pick up date was promptly agreed upon, and the driver was there on the agreed time. The driver was a very friendly and helpful young man, who spoke English well. Also the delivery was very fast and efficient, and the driver and the office stayed in contact with us all through the process. We had a very good experience with this company.

We had 13m3 of household goods to be transported from a storage place in Rome to Austria. Work was swiftly organised. Unexpectedly from our side, the total weight was higher than the storage company had recorded, and it exceeded the legal limit for road transport. The owner/ director of smokinima immediately contacted us to request our consent that he hire a second truck. This increased the agreed cost by about 50%, which we think was very reasonable. Communication was fast, aimed at solutions.

We had an estimated 20m3 load of boxes and loose items to transport to Austria. Work was swiftly organised. Unexpectedly the weight of the goods exceeded the legally acceptable limit for road transport. But after we contacted the owner/director of smokinima about the resulting confusion, he personally organised a second truck, at no extra cost to us. He continued to be accessible through telephone and e-mail, and communication was efficient and aimed at finding solutions.
