Sub-accounts allow multiple employees or agents of the same company to aggregate their uShip activity under one master account.

How do I create sub-accounts?
Why create a sub-account?
  • Let agents and employees manage their uShip activity independently. Sub-account users have their own username and password, so they can bid and take other actions on uShip without going through the master account.
  • Connect your customers with the right person after a match. Each sub-account has unique contact information, so customers know exactly who to contact about a shipment.
  • Maintain control over your company's uShip activity. The master account can track and manage the uShip activity of each sub-account using My uShip.
  • Consolidate billing and feedback for all your sub-accounts. The activity of your sub-account users will be aggregated under the master account, so you can handle billing and earn feedback under one master user.
How do I create a sub-account?
  • 1.Send an invitation for a sub-account to your agent or employee from Settings
  • 2.An email will be sent to the user, inviting them to complete the registration process
  • 3.After choosing a username and password and providing contact information, their sub-account will be linked to your master account.
