3rd party company involved that delayed shipment and caused damages. Damages not caused by Shop USSA.
shipment and problem have been solved. And we are no longer using that 3rd party company in California for any of our car shipments. Thank you Ralp P for your patience.

Transport wurde abgewickelt, die Ware ( auto)kam stark beschädigt an. Trotz Dokumentation dass die Ware intakt losgeschickt wurde und beschädigt ankam sitze ich seit 3 Monaten auf einem Schaden, der nicht reguliert wird. Schlechter JOB!
Transport has been made correctly, but transport good (Car)has been damaged, although car has been sent when was ok and damage has been documentated to have happened on transport im waiting for three month to get the money for the repair. Baad style!!!

this file has been closed and we have taken responsibilities for the damages, (the damagese were not caused by us but by a third party)The doorframe was bent on bottom it could not have been caused by the loading or shipping of the vehicle. The car was delivered in CA and no report was made so most-likely the door was alread dented prior to shipping. No proof was provided by shipper or third part. We apologize for this situation and assisted him with the repair cost. Thank you
