Instead, worried about details until after transaction completed. almost cancelled out of lack of experience and knowing there would be direct contact before shipment.

I needed to ship my harp, which is a daunting piece of cargo, because it is massive, heavy, awkwardly shaped and very fragile. I ultimately found an excellent shipper, at an appropriate price.
