Flawless Shipment; but Uship website confusing

U ship's website can be confusing to navigate. Plus, listing charges don't show up until you accept the bid, so you don't quite know what your final cost will be. It would also be helpful to have some kind of guarantee from U-ship, similar to eBay's guarantees when using PayPal.

Roger was very helpful, and patient with me in making this shipment. This was the first time I have ever used uship and I am extreamly pleased with the service I received. I never knew I could be so easy to have something shipped from Ohio to Georgia in such a quick and efficient manner and the price was great. I will definately use USHIP for future shipping needs.
