I could not have imagined traveling 52 hours to retrieve my boat from the coast. I would have had to but for Uship. What I thought was a reasonable bid kept getting cheaper before my eyes. My shipper would have had to go home with an empty load but took mine for the price of my gas there and back. Go Uship

The web pages on Uship were helpful in getting the bid out - the web pages did not accomodate the ability to pick up two items at two different address IE in Florida and then deliver to two different addresses in Ontario. David picked boat up on time. The shipper called and was worried about the size of his tow vehicle. He made it half way and had vehicle problems but brought his second truck in time to complete job. Overall he did an excellent job at taking care of the boat and completing the job as promised. I would recommend him for a similar job.

We bought a Correct Craft 226 on ebay, contacted u ship they subbed it out to various contractors, At first we received a few quotes and took the lowest with recommendations. If you wait longer than we did you will find that people two or three weeks after first asking prices will come up with much lower quotes than the ones we originally got!!

Shipping a boat from texas to alberta, I found that the estimate was very low compared to the actual bids i recieved. this may have been cost of gas increase, but plan a bit more budget before you buy. our shipper was excellent. all in all a good service, easy to use.

Shaun left with my boat when he said he would and kept in contact the entire trip of 1500 miles. He blew two flat tires and drove several miles to get new ones.He also put new bearings on the trailer and packed them with grease for which he would not take money for.
