I started putting out bids to have a boat trailer shipped from Indiana to Nevada in November. Three people bidded - and got paid - before I was about to jump in my truck and get it myself. That was the day I heard from Mr. Robert. I took another chance and had a wonderful experience with his services. On the way out of the marina he accidentally made a ding in one of the fenders and informed me right away about it. He then proceeded to do a road repair, got the fender in shape enough not to hit the tire and proceeded to Nevada. He paid the deductable from the insurance company and was extremely helpful responding to e-mails and phone calls helping me with the insurance claim. The insurance company on the other hand treated me like insurance companies do - "Get your 1003 documents lined up and we will look at your claim when we have time". I can't express how happy I was with Mr. Roberts service. Like i said before - a few more people like him and we will see a revolution in the transportation business. I have recommended him to several of my boating friends in need of transportation, and should I move anything else in the future, he will be the first I call. For future reference and a word of advice to future customers on UShip - do NOT offer ANY money up front, make sure you have insurance through UShip and make the payment to UShip directly. I got burned, it cost me, and UShip has done what they can to recover some of the money I lost. Also make sure that you print out copies of ANY AND ALL paperwork from the insurance companies. They act like they have never heard of a computer, pretend they didn't receive e-mails, and will use any opportunity they can to delay a pay out. Despite that - they will pay if you follow these simple rules. Good luck and happy bidding! And thanks again Mr. Robert for excellent service!
