This is my first experience using uship. The first gentleman I hired (Joe Baird) rescheduled on us numerous times. He was never in contact with us, I would have to call him and leave him a msg. only to find out he wasn't showing up. This happened 4 times. He then rescheduled the shipment for 2 weeks later. At this point I decided to give Uship one more chance. I accepted a bid from neptuno19. He contacted me right away, picked up our jacuzzi and delivered it promptly. He called us along the way to let us know how he was progressing. (This was from CA to MO). I was very satisfied and would highly recommend him to anyone.
