After a death in my family, my mover was very understanding and had no problem shipping at another time convenient fo me- how professional and curteous! "Erie3" aka Gary, had outstanding service, with constant phone calls prior to and at pick up location. Once he arrived in NYC with the couch, I still can't believe he was able to take that huge thing and move it up a narrow NYC apartment staircase into our even tinier apartment! The shipment came an hour eariler and in perfect time for NFL Sunday! Thanks Gary!
