I bought a pallet of video projectors in CA, and I live in WY. These folks did everything they said they would do. Neal is an excellent communicator and when I hung up the phone it was all in his hands. The truck arrived, picked up my poorly palletized bundle and delivered it as promised. The damage to my items was not the shippers fault it was the group whom I bought the product from. The shipping was prompt and very cost effective! Thanks for all your efforts! Will use you again if I need to ship again.
