This was our first experience with u-Ship, and we were nervous. After reading articles, we found that when a potential shipper "disappears" when asked questions regarding insurance and bonding and licenses, we should let that person disappear. We took a chance with a rookie to u-Ship (as were we) who answered all questions openly, and we did not regret it. He was forthcoming with his answers, prompt, careful and safe. We are planning a move of about 1000 miles, and will be using u-Ship and this driver. Now... If we could find bodies to help us pack and unpack!
