Nick transported my vessel very expeditiously to southern California but then somewhat delayed delivery due to his decision to stop and visit his family who live in the area. I also would have preferred that Nick initiate some of the contact calls enroute instead of my having to call him to obtain status updates.
Otherwise, his bid price was very competitive and he was very informative when I was able to contact him. Keeping his customer's informed along the way would be my main recommendation to increase his level of service....
