I used this service for my 1st time to deliver a boat I purchased in California to be transported to Wisconsin. The person I bought it from did not put the tags on the trailer and the carrier was stopped and ticketed for the trailer. I will continue to work this out with carrier so there is no added cost for him. The trailer on the boat blew a tire 3 hours from my home late at night. The trailer for this boat did NOT have a spare. The Carrier purchased a new tire and found a service truck to put on rim. It was a 5 hour delay and he did not ask me for extra payment due to his delay. I was so happy with the service and the condition the boat arrived. Please give this carrier "vladimir" a BIG thank-you. People like him are becoming more rare in this world and what he did for me was so much appreciated. He always kept me in the loop on communications... I just cant say enough about him. again, thank-you!!
