I was a bit nervous shipping a brand new UTV cross counttry with someone who I didn't know. But I had a excellant shipper that worked great with me.
I was a bit confused with the U-ship Web pages. They were at times a bit confusing. I had to ask u-ship a question and it took them a long time to get back with me. Unlike E-bay you can chat with someone almost immediately. I don't like the fact you can only ask a shipper one question. I had to leave the office and get back online at home. I told the shipper I would get back with them but couldn't. All in all I would give the service 5 stars but the web site 2.5 for user freindlyness.
