Bill went the extra mile..literally. He brought my couch all the way from Atlanta to Fort Smith, Arkansas when he barely had enough to warrant the drive. I appreciate the excellent communication he gives so we can stay focused on the same goal. He delivered my couch directly to the upholsterers workshop and saved me alot of time and effort! The couch was secured and wrapped with blankets to protect it. It was in the exact condition that he picked it up in. There was an unexpected delay and he had to store it for a while and still, he protected it through several moves. Bill will be the guy I go to when i have another shipping need!
