I had E-mailed the Service Provider (dillythomas1@aol.com) I used uship and waited for the bids to come in. dillythomas1 (Dawn Dilly) To me was the best bid. Everything was set and to go Monday @ Noon. They called to verify again. I was moving from the 9th floor apt to a house in parma. Everything was good except I was not available to be at the move. I was in the Hospital for 4 days and my niece 19 yrs old was their. She said they were good and professional very helpful. It was a relieve that I could count on someone I did not know to do everything the way it should be done. The extra 25.00 dollars was worth it for them to take apart and set up a futon due to the circumstances. I could not ask for anything better. I saved 300.00 by using Dillythomas 1.
