I recently had to move my small studio appartment from Seattle to New York. After searching through the standard "Big" movers and getting some not-so-friendly price quotes and responses, I decided to join uShip. Within a day of listing my shipment, I'd gotten several competitive bids, which were all lower than the price of the other bigger movers.
