I was a first time shipper - looking to move around 20 boxes to New York from Austin. That helped me pick a red diamond rated shipper and the entire transaction was really tension free for me. When you are moving you have to be a bit flexible and I found that even this trait is very helpful in a shipper as well. The shipper ratings and feedback available online was a big help to identify this. I was able to figure out a very reasonable rate for the 5 additional boxes I had and even adjust for the heavier than planned boxes I had. All in all thanks uShip!
