So I spent hours on the phone and internet w/ UPS and fedex trying to ship my tv. I ended up confused and frustrated. However USHIP filled in the gap nice, they shipped my tv for less than what fedex/ups was going to charge me. They sent someone by my house and the whole thing was taken care of. There were a couple communication snafus but overall I'm really happy with the way things went down. I'd recommend it 100% and use it again in a heartbeat for large unusps-able items.
