I live in Pennsylvania and I purchased two Jet Ski's from a dealer in Minnesota. When we spoke about the delivery of the ski's, he suggested I use U-Ship. I never heard of U-Ship before so I didn't know what to expect but I found it to be very easy. I listed the shipment and before you know it, I had several bids. I selected the most reasonable bid from what I thought was a good service provider and then my problems started. My first service provider (justcall2haul) promised a delivery date in early April but after he failed to pick-up and delivery as promised, I initiated a cancellation. I gave him a couple days then offered him a second chance and he accepted and promised me a new delivery date in April. That date too came and went and my items were still in Minnesota. After limited conversation with this provider I cancelled for a second time and posted the shipment again. The good came when I accepted another service providers bid (moving4u2) and he not only picked-up my skis in a day, he delivered them earlier than expected. The care he used was second to none. This service provider was great. Getting back to the cancellation and that process, I felt it took to long to complete. When the provider agreed to make the delivery a second time, U-Ship deny the cancellation so when the service provider didn't come through again, it took some time to re-instate the original cancellation. All the while, my time was wasted and it was I who had to jump through hoops to get my money back.
