I needed to ship a large metal lathe 1300 miles. Immediately after listing the job on u-Ship I received several quotes. I waited one day, I read the feedback listed for the quoting companies and chose the second to lowest bidder. (The price I paid was 30% lower than what I had been quoted through Freightquote.com.)
