I was trying to ship a pallet of machineery to New York. I received a bid that was too good to refuse! They worked hard to make things happen. We did experience some problems with communication, but they worked very hard to make sure I knew exactly what they were doing and what to expect. I will use them again and would recommend that if you want a good price you look at using them as well. Communications initially difficult, but once again they bend over backward to make sure I was fully aware of all that was happening with regards to my shipment. The pallet actually arrived a day early and my customer was elated. BAsed on my quotation from a freight company, I saved over 40% on this shipment and every dollar counts these days. In summary...Home Town Pickups did their job well and I will certainly use them again! U-ship has been a lifesaver for me and has made shipping items much, much easier (not to mention cheaper) for me.
