No one else was willing to travel as quickly as Bill. He drove through the night to get my son's new gift to me. Even considering Easter weekend! I feel that if you cannot leave feedback, it should be counted as positive feedback by Uship. It seems others have not left feedback for Bill and he did a great job for them as well.
I will ask for him next time!
