When Operation Warrior Library - an organization which gets authors to deliver great books to troops overseas - needed to get a shipment from New Jersey to Atlanta we turned to UShip and their charity option for help. We posted on Tuesday. By Friday, a wonderful driver (Rosewoodmule) had her truck parked outside. Although we were prepared to pay a little - she did it for free out of the goodness of her heart and respect for our troops. The books arrived at Fort McPherson this morning. They will be taken to Afghanistan by the 48th Brigade National Guard. The books will be passed around and get a lot of use. We had no other options for getting these books there - we owe this great, happy moment to UShip and Rosewoodmule. We can't wait to do this again with UShip. Thank you so much!
