A eyebolt for web support broke so motorcycle tilted and turn signals broke/bent. Clutch also knocked out of adjustment, Some of this not noticed on delivery (my fault), but shipper responded professionally to email concerns and when pictures documented problem, he agreed to fix them.
Good communication and driver came through 100 miles of snow & ice to deliver on time. Saved $125 - would use again.
