I moved from WI to VA and needed to ship my pets in an inexpensive way, flights were to much. I wasn't able to accept delivery on time as expected, there was a delay. The shipper was very accommodating, the shipment was picked up on time, no personality clashes between the pets and the shipper. No problems in comunication, shipper updated me on pets' welfare often, payment was agreeable. Quick response. I would definitely recommend this site and shipper again.
